From: thehick@innocent.com (Frank-in-Toronto) Subject: [ASSC] [AFTSD] Ch. ch. ch. changes Date: Tue, 02 Dec 1997 10:35:11 GMT Hey! How clubs have changed over the years (or is it me?). My experience started in the late seventies when I had too much money and no brain. Went to clubs. Got drunk. Stumbled back home or to the hotel and woke up with vicious hangovers for years. Finally I matured. Now, I go to clubs. I'm usually driving so I save on the drinks. Don't have to stumble home anymore. Just saunter. I look for places that play the music a little quieter so I can talk with my bud. Also, I look for cheap beer (rolling back the prices like the House of Lancaster in Toronto did). New Toronto club: "Features". Beautiful decor. Hydraulic platform raises the ladies onto the stage. They depart the same way. SMOKY as all getout. I have never seen so much smoke in a club. Yuk. Ladies as everywhere else. Range from gorgeous to average. I stayed for 2 beers. .... thehick
